The lightweight padding and its secure—merely not too tight—fit combine to make this shoe comfortable everywhere on the foot, unlike some of its competitors. The Under Armour Ultimate Speed in women's and men'due south sizes were a shut second to the New Balances in our testing, and they're a not bad choice if the New Balances are out of stock or you'll primarily exercise high-intensity interval workouts. That big sole feels less flexible and agile than our other picks', though our testers were still comfy using these shoes in an occasional cardio course. Still, no testers enjoyed running, even for short bursts, in the Metcon 4 shoes, and Ben commented that they didn't have as much shock assimilation equally he'd similar for landing from high jumps.
